Hello, and welcome to Client Care Counselling.

 

I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and finding the right counsellor is important. My aim is to offer a warm, safe, and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgement.

 

At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to talk openly and feel genuinely supported through life’s challenges. I work in a person-centred way, which means I believe you are the expert in your own life.

 

Counselling is not about being told what to do, it is about working together in a supportive relationship where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

 

As a trauma-trained counsellor, I also understand how past experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and respond to the world around us. My approach is grounded in creating emotional safety, trust, and compassion, recognising that healing and growth happen differently for everyone.

 

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, relationships, loss, confidence, workplace pressures, or simply feeling overwhelmed, counselling can provide a space to pause, reflect, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Individual Counselling

 

Sometimes life can feel difficult to manage alone. Individual counselling offers you a confidential and supportive space to explore what is happening in your life, understand patterns, process emotions, and work towards positive change.

 

I work alongside clients with care, compassion, and respect, recognising that every person’s experience is unique. Together, we can explore challenges at your pace and find ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally supported.​​

Workplace Wellbeing

 

Our emotional wellbeing does not stop when we go to work. Workplace pressures, stress, burnout, and personal challenges can all affect how we feel and function.

 

I work with workplaces and organisations to support staff wellbeing through a caring and practical approach. This may include counselling, wellbeing support, emotional resilience, and tailored services designed to create healthier and more supportive working environments.

 

Drawing on both therapeutic understanding and trauma-informed practice, I aim to help organisations better support the wellbeing of their staff in ways that feel practical, compassionate, and sustainable.
