Brief anonymised paper notes may also be kept following sessions. These notes do not contain identifying information.
I do not collect demographic information or use your data for marketing purposes.
How Your Information Is Used

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties unless legally required or where there is a serious safeguarding concern.
Online Sessions
Online counselling sessions may take place via WhatsApp. While every effort is made to maintain confidentiality, online platforms are provided by third parties and may carry some security risks outside of my control.
Storage and Retention
Personal information is stored securely and treated confidentially.
Client records are retained for 7 years after counselling ends and are then securely destroyed in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
Website Use
This website does not use contact forms or online booking systems and does not collect unnecessary personal information from visitors.
