Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure whether counselling is right for you?
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you are unsure what to expect or whether counselling will help. You do not need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.
I offer a warm, confidential, and supportive space where you can bring whatever feels difficult right now. Together, we can begin to make sense of what you are experiencing, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
As a BACP registered, person-centred, trauma-trained counsellor, I believe that everyone’s experiences are unique.
My role is not to judge or tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, helping you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive way.
You may be considering counselling if you are:
-
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained
-
Struggling with low mood or loss of motivation
-
Overthinking or finding it hard to switch off
-
Going through a difficult life change or transition
-
Feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself
-
Coping with workplace stress, burnout, or relationship difficulties
-
Looking for a confidential space to talk without judgement
Whatever brings you here, it is okay to start where you are.
